General
The DUe drive unit provides the hydraulic motor(s) with required hydraulic oil flow and pressure together with system control functionality.
The drive unit is divided to 4 basic sizes depending on electric motor power and hydraulic flow requirements:

The drive units are built with one, two or three hydraulic compartments.
C has one compartment.
S, M and L can have 2 or 3 compartments depending on required number of pumps. 2 and 3 compartment contains one with the hydraulic oil tank and one or two with the electric motor/pump combination. All compartments are assembled in one common cabinet.
The basic combinations will be DUe C1, DUe S2, DUe S3, DUe M2, DUe M3, DUe L2 and DUe L3.
A single compartment cabinet can be added to the M and L variants for higher flow requirements, for emergency drives or as standby unit.
The drive unit supports functionality for one or two driven machine shafts.
Functions as cold/warm flushing and brake circuits for the hydraulic motors are available as options.
The drive unit has an embedded control system with a large variety of configurable functionality to simplify the control and monitoring of the hydraulic drive.
The control system is pre-programmed and easy to configure and contains functions as:

The DUe drive unit can be delivered without control system if required. All electrical wiring for sensors and pump control will be wired to a junction box assembled on the side of the drive unit. Driver card for pump can be assembled as an alternative in the junction box or in a separate box.
Monitoring of the drive unit sensors must be handled externally (see chapter "Symbols/Circuit diagrams" - Figure "Monitoring logic diagram").
The drive unit is available for:
Power ranges from 11 kW to 2 x 500 kW.

Flow ranges up to 3000 l/min at 1500 rpm (3600 l/min at 1800 rpm).

Working pressure max 350 bar.
